Our Program Pillars
People of Kinarya
Hallianty Perbawa Mukti joined Petrosea in 2010 as Legal Officer and rose to Legal Manager position in December 2017. In May 2020, she was appointed as Director of Kinarya. In addition, she also holds a Director and President Commissioner position for other Petrosea subsidiaries. Hallianty is a seasoned professional with sharp legal acumen and more than 15 years of experience as corporate legal counsel. She was the Best Graduate of her undergraduate degree class and holds a Masters degree in Business Law, which she achieved with cum laude.
Amandha Putri is a graduate of Business Administration and Management degree from the Universitas Indonesia who joined Petrosea in June 2021 as Junior Program Analyst. She has since been promoted to Program Analyst for Kinarya and has enjoyed every step of the learning process and each experience from developing programs for the social enterprise start-up.
Aditya Ramadhana Djaja joined Petrosea as Business Development & Sales Specialist for Corporate Center of Excellence and Innovation in September 2021 and was appointed to Kinarya’s team as it was established. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, and brought with him more than 5 years of well-rounded working experience in various areas such as sales, business development, as well as health, safety, and environment program planning, relationship building and stakeholders’ management. Aditya has the ideal blend of financial perspectives, technical skills, and relationship skills needed for spearheading business development and sales units for Kinarya.
Benyamin Suryasmoro is an experienced and passionate anthropologist who has devoted his life for community empowerment, with a focus on marginalized communities across remote areas in Indonesia.
Massenreng is a professional biologist who has dedicated his life to preserving the health of the ecological environment. He brought a wealth of experience in endocrinology, the reproductive biology field, particularly for water, ocean, and sea animals, as well as in-depth knowledge in algae cultivation, water pollution and its treatment, fertilizer formulation, and eco-farming development.

Petrosea is a multidisciplinary enterprise established since 1972 with interest in contract mining, engineering, procurement & construction and oil & gas services industry. Kinarya attained investment from Petrosea, entrusted to be used for programs that highlight solutions to social and environmental challenges observed around Petrosea operating areas as well as across Indonesia.
PetA
Petrosea Academy (PetA) is a training center of Petrosea, established to develop soft skills and technical competencies of Petrosea staff. As an institution with experience and expertise in Human Resource training, Petrosea Academy is our partner to develop curriculum and training programs with the National Agency of Profession Certification, which we will implement for our Karya Masyarakat Unggul Training Center.
SCF
Sulawesi Community Foundation (SCF) is a nonprofit organization established by multi-stakeholders consisting of non governmental organization, universities, environmental journalists’ alliance, governmental organization, as well as community organizations, to support and optimize natural resource management in the Sulawesi island. Kinarya is working together with SCF to empower coffee farmers with the use of the Social Forestry concept. Collaborating with SCF, we implement the “Forest to Cups” concept by restoring and managing Social Forestry areas of 2,605 hectares to create a coffee plantation ecosystem site run with sustainable farming principles based in Latimojong, Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan.
LPHD Tibussan
An institution responsible for overseeing efforts to manage village forests in Tibussan. Working together with the institution in Tibussan, we are able to restore 2,605 hectares of Social Forestry land areas to develop to create a coffee plantation ecosystem site run with sustainable farming principles based in Latimojong, Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan.
Anomali Coffee
Anomali Coffee is a coffee curator enterprise that provides specialty coffee from around Indonesia. We are currently collaborating with Anomali Coffee to launch a specialty arabica coffee from Latimojong. Anomali Coffee will sell and market our Latimojong coffee across its shops and other marketing outlets.
Puslitkoka
Pusat Penelitian Kopi dan Kakao Indonesia (Puslitkoka) adalah sebuah lembaga riset dan pengembangan komoditas kopi dan kakao di Indonesia. Dibantu dengan Puslitkoka, kami melakukan penyusunan kajian dasar / baseline study untuk pengembangan kebun percontohan / demonstration plot (demoplot) dan pengolahan pasca panen kopi arabika seluas 20 hektar di wilayah Latimojong, Kab. Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan.
MAEKO
MAEKO is a food waste management solution and technology company with a decade of experience to transform food waste compost into a solution to achieve zero food waste and environmental sustainability. In collaboration with MAEKO, our operating areas will be provided with a compost transformation machine with comprehensive technology to transform food waste into compost fertilizers within 24 hours.
Medicare Clinic Bangka
Medicare Clinic Bangka is an entity under Medicare Berkah Bangka Ltd. established by a medical doctor who is a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, Dwi Sakti Berlian Besar, in 2014 and was the first-rate healthcare clinic facility in Bangka Belitung. He served as our consultant to provide baseline study, permit grant, health personnel selection, partnerships to the health insurance administration agency, as well as the inauguration and promotion for the clinic.
